Now you are on the official website of Optifine. Choose the version you want, and we are using Minecraft 1.21.3 in this tutorial. But you can choose any other version. Click on download and take the file – drop it on the desktop. That was the first step. Then, let’s move on to another. You have to choose the correct shader pack for you. How To Install Shaders for Minecraft 1.21.3
This is literally the easiest step. We have to install Optifine first. It won’t take long, just follow my actions, and you will be fine. Open the Windows Search bar, it’s located in the left-down corner. Search for %appdata%, that’s where the Minecraft folder is. Actually, it is in the roaming folder, and we open it thanks to the %appdata% text. Go into the Minecraft folder and scroll down until you find the versions folder.
You need to open it and then go to the desktop. Find OptiFine and double click on that. Wait for the new window to open with the installation. Click install and wait a bit, after that, go to the versions and check if there is an OptiFine version, if yes, let’s continue. This is How To Install Minecraft Shaders.

Please stay in the Minecraft folder, find shaderpacks, and open it. That’s where we have to drop your shader, so please do. That’s almost everything! We have to apply them now. Double click on your shader, and it’s enabled!
