Please click on the first link and then it will take you to the redirection website where you can click on the link again. After that, you will finally be on the official website where you can download everything without problems. Just make sure you download the correct version which is 1.20.4. Download and then take the file and drop it on the desktop.
Click on the second link now please and go through the steps above, that means, redirection website. When you are there just simply click on the link again and then you will be on the official website of Forge. Find the correct version and hit download. How To Install Creative Core for Minecraft 1.20.4
Let’s install this guys! Both of the files are on the desktop and that is completely correct. Find the Windows Search Bar, there are two ways to do this but I will show you the easiest one. When you are in the Search Bar, type in %appdata% please and then hit enter. This will open up the Roaming folder where Minecraft is. Please go into that and scroll to mods, you have to take the Creative Core and drop it into that. Then go back and scroll down to versions. Leave this open and go to install Forge. Just double click on that and agree with everything. Check if there is Forge 1.20.4 in the folder and if yes you are good to go!
